Enquiries are not purchases

Sending an enquiry to Little Worlds Games does not place a paid order or commit you to anything. We agree the brief, complete price, delivery arrangements and final terms with you before payment or work begins. Our business address and contact email still need to be added.

Packages and prices

Optional add-ons: Extra map £15, Extra missions £6, Playground pack £8, Family & Friends £5, Learning pack £6, Birthday Edition £7, Priority delivery (24h) £10; extra sports courts £5 each, never more than £12.99 in total. Nothing paid is added unless you choose it.

All prices are in pounds sterling. Your selected extras and total are shown in the enquiry review. Any express charge or separately quoted work must be agreed and included in the final total before you pay.

A revision is one consolidated set of changes within the package scope. Fixing faults never uses up a revision.

Delivery

Regular delivery is 3 days; express delivery is 1 day. We confirm your exact delivery date before payment, including when the clock starts, whether these are working or calendar days, express availability and any express charge. These options are not yet a Christmas deadline guarantee.

The planned delivery method is an emailed game link. No automatic order-confirmation or delivery email is sent by this website at present.

Cancellation and starting early

You can withdraw an unpaid enquiry at any time. A paid distance purchase may carry a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Personalisation does not, on its own, mean all cancellation rights disappear.

The final paid-order terms must distinguish game-building services from supplying digital content. Starting work during the cancellation period requires an express request; if you later cancel a service, a proportionate charge may apply where the legal requirements have been met. A service cancellation right ends on full performance only where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

Supplying digital content during that period requires your express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the cancellation right when supply begins, together with the required confirmation. Merely sending an enquiry, or a game simply being delivered, does not automatically waive your rights.

No early-start request or cancellation waiver is collected in this enquiry form. The final contract and any separate, unticked early-start choices require review before payments are enabled.

If something is wrong

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where it does not meet those standards, you may be entitled to repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions apply, a price reduction that can be up to the full price. Any service must be performed with reasonable care and skill.

Fixing a fault does not use up your included personalisation revision. Please tell us what happened and which device and browser you used, without sending unnecessary child information.

Playing and updates

These are web games and need a compatible modern browser. We confirm supported devices, access arrangements and how saves work before payment. Device-only saves and what happens when browser data is cleared still need verification for the delivered game.

Games are updated monthly with new missions and activities. We'll agree the update and access period with you before payment.

Original characters and worlds

We create original characters and worlds. Please describe interests such as dinosaurs, football or space rather than asking us to copy characters, logos or protected names from films, television, games or sports clubs. We cannot include other companies' protected material without permission.

Responsibility and governing law

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here restricts your statutory consumer rights.

The intended governing law is England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections or court rights that apply where you live. The final terms and business contact details need review before sales begin. If we have already emailed you, you can reply to that message with a question.
